A antique opal and diamond Pendant / Brooch, of open circular form, the centre with five heart shaped opals around small diamond point, opals damaged, with two outer bands of circular cabochon and heart shaped opals, all with diamond points between, all mounted in unmarked 9ct gold and silver, tested, the reverse with hinged pendant suspension loop and screw fitting detachable brooch mount, 2.7cm diameter, approx total weight 9.5g.
